For Normandy

La Fédération Régionale des Offices de Tourisme de Normandie (OTN), was awarded Tuesday, March 7, 2023, by the international organization Green Destinations, at the ITB international tourism trade show in Berlin, for its collective project to implement a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)approach, with 9 pilot Normandy Tourist Offices (including Office de Tourisme Granville Terre et Mer), in the Governance, Recovery and Resilience category. The selection was made by a jury made up of Green Destinations team members and international sustainable tourism professionals.

As the only French winning destination, Normandy is recognized by this award for showcasing thestrength of a Normandy collective. First created and deployed in Normandy, theco-constructed CSR referential is touring France thanks to the partnership between (OTN) and the Fédération Nationale ADN Tourisme.

Bravo to the 8 other Normandy Tourist Offices: Cœur de Nacre, Alençon, Bagnoles de L’Orne, New Normandy Giverny, Le Havre Etretat Normandie, Fécamp, Dieppe Normandie and Forges-les-Eaux who took part in this innovative project, and to Romane MOREAU, OTN and Matthieu LE SCANF, LINEA Conseil for piloting.

This experimentation would not have been possible without AFDAS, skills operator, which financed this project. The Région Normandie and Normandie Tourisme were also invaluable supporters of this collective project, unique in France.
