The festival des Ludions takes place during the Ascension weekend à Carolles. The concept is to welcome 27 artists: painters, sculptors, sculptors, graffiti artists, calligraphers and authors, local as well as national and even international, to 21 special houses.

The Festival des Ludions is also :

> Themed déambulations (free, on reservation, PRM access) to accompany visitors from one house à to another in addition to individual tours. > Open scènes throughout the day (singing, lyrical singing, music, poetry, storytelling…). The soirées conviviales to create a festive and cultural spirit:

  • Friday evening à 8:30pm: musical show (reservation required – 8€/6€).
  • Saturday evening à 8pm: festive meal (reservation required – 15€/20€).

The programme

All the œuvres presented during the festival are proposedées à the sale. At the end of the festival, artists are invited to donate one of their works to the Ludions artothon. The aim is to donate works of art to private individuals so that they can be exhibited in their homes for a year, bringing art to unexpected places. Young people are also involved, with children from Carolles school producing a collective work for each class, inspired by the artists’ themes, and exhibited throughout the festival at Espace François Simon.
