Travel time to the archipelago averages 2 to 2.5 hours. Departing from the port of Granville, you set sail for the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel and then Chausey. Depending on the water level at low tide, Franck chooses an unusual anchorage in the archipelago. When the water is still, the anchorage is often at Aneret, and when the water is swift, near the Roche des Caniards du Sud, a large white sand bank.

Then it’s back to Granville, sailing whenever possible depending on weather conditions. Franck takes the opportunity to teach you some nautical jargon and get you involved in the maneuvers.
