Facing the sea, in an environment conducive to relaxation, let yourself be tempted by the delights of the Sound. Our restaurant is an ode to the land and the sea that surrounds it. It is named the Sound, in reference to the marine current that crosses the Chausey Islands archipelago.
The Chef, Aurélien Leclerc, offers you a menu composed of gastronomic and traditional dishes. He draws his inspiration from the richness of fresh produce and Normandy's terroir. This allows him to offer you first-rate quality dishes, selected with his local suppliers, respecting know-how and the environment.
The menu changes according to the seasons, the dishes are accompanied by fresh and varied vegetables, expertly revisited every day, to offer you quality and renewal.
