The Longe-Côte du Pays Granvillais (LCPG), affiliated to the French Hiking Federation, is an association that offers water walking along the beach of Carolles in Kairon. This sport consists of walking in water up to the chest, which allows a muscular and cardiovascular strengthening. It is a moment of well-being that relaxes the mind and body while toning the muscles. In addition to the physical well-being, the conviviality is there!
There is no need to be a confirmed sportsman, the longe-côte is within reach of all those who feel at ease in the sea. Our outings are supervised by qualified volunteers who ensure a practice adapted to the sea conditions and the level of the participants.
