An ideal setting for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, including hikers on the "sentier des douaniers", offering spectacular panoramic views over the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. A perfect spot for model flying and paragliding. Fishing and water sports available.
The first floor features spacious living areas, including an entrance hall leading to a large living room, a separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen with access to a utility/laundry room, a master bedroom with 140cm double bed and en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet.
The first floor comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 with 160cm double beds and the fourth with 2 90cm single beds, 2 shower rooms and a separate toilet.
