The Domaine de la Faisanderie gîte is a 47 m² duplex with 2 bedrooms. It is set in 5 hectares of enclosed parkland, ideal for children. It's a 5-minute walk from Jullouville's superb beach and 1 km from all the town's shops (small shopping center, butcher's, fishmonger's, baker's, tobacconist's, etc.). You can get there on foot via the beach or with the 4 bicycles (2 adults, 2 teenagers) provided free of charge.

Facilities: 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom 1 bed 140/190), 2nd bedroom (2 beds 90/190), fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, toaster), dining/living room (stereo, satellite TV, board games), bathroom with washing machine. Private terrace (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs). Garage with additional fridge/freezer.

Water and electricity included in rental price

To be paid extra:
Mandatory :
- intercommunal and departmental tourist tax (for occupants over 18)

Optional :
- cleaning by an outside service provider at the end of your stay (50?). Obligatory service deducted from deposit if premises are not left perfectly clean.

During the summer high season (late June to early September), rentals are exclusively by the week.
For WE rentals (3 nights minimum), or for less than a week (out of high season), rates on request.
