- on the first floor you'll find three beautiful living spaces: a large, comfortable living room with a beautiful wood-burning stove, a dining room with a large table (3.40m) ideal for good times at the table, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, and a recreation room equipped with a billiard table, a dart board and a wood-burning stove.
- On the first and second floors, you'll find four double bedrooms, a large bedroom with 6 single beds and two shower rooms.

This south-facing stone house boasts outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying the great outdoors.
You'll find a large terrace of around 100m2 with an awning, a pretty garden planted with trees and a petanque court.
Parking is available at the rear of the property for up to 9 vehicles
Set in grounds of approx. 1000m2.

Accessibility: 15 minutes from Granville, less than 45 minutes from Mont Saint Michel (40km). The A84 freeway is 15 minutes away.
