Sanitary facilities (separate toilet and shower room with large shower cubicle). Entrance hall. Large living room with working insert (1 wood basket provided). Separate fitted kitchen with skylight. 2 separate bedrooms, with external shutters (1 bed of 1.60 and 1 of 1.40). Linen provided and beds made up (comforters, sheets, towels, tea towels). Basic necessities and free breakfast on first morning.

Accommodation: 3 nights minimum. 110? per night for 2 or 4 people. 10% discount for the week and 20% for the month. Tourist tax 2025: 1.87 ?/pers/night (free for minors). 300? deposit on arrival. Cleaning: no charge if the apartment is left in the same condition as on arrival (sheets and garbage cans removed), or a flat fee of 50? if not done.
