La Granvillaise, with stunning sea views and direct access to the beach, just a stone's throw from Plat Gousset (beach) and the Christian Dior garden. You can forget about your car during your stay, as there's a ground-level garage for 1 car with electric opening. Everything is within walking distance: outings, restaurants, visits (Chausey Islands, Jersey), shopping, hypercenter 200 m away. This is our shared vacation home. First floor: Very pleasant, sunny courtyard ideal for meals and barbecues. The veranda: south-facing relaxation area. Separate living room with sofa bed, bathroom and separate toilet. 1st floor : The vast living room with two beautiful sofas and cosy decor. The open-plan dining room features a large table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen: American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and other utensils. The kitchen is spacious for family cooking. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A very large bathroom with corner bath. Separate toilet on the landing. The house also has a Wifi connection. Childcare equipment is available: cot, mattress, high chair, bathtub, fishing tackle, beach toys...
