Welcome to the "Albatros" gîte!
Located in Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, you will come to rest and enjoy the beach located at 400 meters, with family or friends.
This 50 m² gîte, which can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, has been fully renovated and equipped. It is located on the ground floor of a villa composed of 3 apartments, facing south and has an individual entrance, a private courtyard ideal for young children and a parking space.
The apartment is composed of a living room with a lounge area equipped with a flat screen television and a living room area, all open to the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster ...).
- a 1st bedroom with a double bed and dressing room.
- a 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed.
A bathroom with Italian shower and equipped with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided (included in the rental price).

To relax, you can take advantage of the closed outdoor space which is completely reserved for you. Facing south, you will enjoy the sun all day long. At your disposal: table and parasol, garden furniture, sunbathing area and plancha.
Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, 400 metres from the beach and shops (bakery, delicatessen, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream parlour, Sunday market and summer entertainment).
Come and discover the large beaches where you can go fishing on foot during the high tides as well as the long esplanade on the seafront for long walks or bike rides.
Nearby, the golf courses of Bréville-sur-Mer and St-Martin, the airfield of Bréville-sur-Mer, the sailing school and the racecourse.
Also to be seen, the Mont St-Michel situated at 60km, Saint-Malo and its ramparts, Cancale and its famous oysters situated at 100km, the D-Day landing beaches situated at 90km, Granville and its Dior museum, its casino, its harbour situated at 10km as well as the archipelago of Chausey and the Channel Islands.
No smoking area. No parties, no bachelorette parties, no boys or girls parties.

Deposit cheque of 1000€ + compulsory cleaning fee of 30€ to be paid on arrival
2 nights minimum except for long weekends.
July and August: weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
