Located in a quiet, highly sought-after area of Granville, the Saint-Paul district, close to the train station, shopping streets (5-minute walk) and ports (10-minute walk).

Accommodation comprises: entrance hall with cupboards, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster), dining/living room with 140cm bed, TV reading area, bathroom with shower, bath, washing machine, terrace (7m²) with garden furniture.
Bathroom with washbasin and bath, storage cupboard, WC and washing machine.

Basic necessities: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, soap/shower/shampoo, salt, vinegar, oil, 1 garbage can bag, washing-up liquid.
The bed is equipped with a comforter and two pillows.
