Our cottage is located in the upper town of Granville, 100 metres from the sea and its beaches. It has a nice outdoor courtyard with table and chairs, where you can eat. It is right next to a pedestrian square with a café and restaurants. The shops are a 7 minute walk away and there is free parking at the end of the street. The cottage (60 square metres) is on three levels, with one bedroom (a bed-mattress and a sofa-bed) under the roof and another bedroom (a double bed) overlooking the private courtyard. It is decorated with care. The kitchen and bathroom have been refurbished.
Important warning: as in many houses in the Haute Ville, the stairs are very narrow. This property is therefore not recommended for small children (under six years old), people with reduced mobility or overweight. For those who wish, a "classic" staircase allows you to go down through the outside courtyard. For more details on our maisonette, call us!
