Situated in a bucolic setting, close to Granville, less than 15 minutes by car from the beaches (Jullouville, Carolles) and 2km from the Abbaye de La Lucerne and its forest.
From Granville, you can embark for the islands of Chausey and Jersey.
Situated in the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, 15 minutes from the start of the bay crossing on foot and 35 minutes from the Mont (again by car).

We welcome you to our bright, spacious house.
Enjoy the terrace and enclosed garden.

On the first floor, you'll find: a fitted kitchen, a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry room with washing machine.
First floor: two bedrooms, bathroom, WC, large mezzanine.

The bedding is new and of good quality (2 beds 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190).

At the rear of the house, a large courtyard provides ample parking.

Please note: the piano will be locked except in special situations (musicians).

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
