Located 300 meters from the beach, Mary-Lou is a charming and cozy villa from the 1930s. It is a peaceful place and adapted to families. It is composed of a first floor with a living room: a table, chairs, two china cabinets, a fridge and a sitting area with a double sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Next to it is the kitchen area with sink, microwave oven, gas stove, kettle and coffee maker, a small room with shower and toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each room and a toilet/sink in another room. At the top of the landing there are shelves with books, games and toys available. The 220 square meters of land are fenced, so children can play safely. The two gates can be locked. It is possible to park your car.
