Guided tour of the Vaucelles mill currently being restored in Saint Léger, near the Abbaye de la Lucerne. The history of the ancient site and of the mill and its operation is presented, as well as the restoration work undertaken by the association over the last twenty years. The tour continues with a visit to the restored bakery, which was awarded the national "René Fontaine" prize by Maisons Paysannes de France.

Location: Moulin de Vaucelles ? park in the Abbaye de la Lucerne parking lot or along the road near the entrance to the Lucerne forest. Continue on foot for 5 minutes on the path alongside the Thar, then turn right at the entrance to the mill and bread oven.
