The Ensemble Pueri Teresiae is unique in that its fifty or so singers and instrumentalists all come from the same family. They have been performing regularly for 15 years. Their attachment to the Carmelite order means that their spiritual concerts highlight the message of the great Carmelite saints, illustrated by musical works from all periods and selected texts. During this concert, they will explore the links between Sainte Thérèse de l?Enfant Jésus and the missions. This theme will be illustrated by vocal works ranging from Montserrat?s Libbre Vermeil to Mendelssohn, Scheidt and Rutter. You'll hear mixed choir, children's choir and equal voices. A number of instruments and the organ will round off this program on the grandeur of the little Carmelite prayer.
