At the "Ateliers d'été de C'du Conseil" :
We invite you to discover "DO IN or AUTO-SHIATSU", a simple, fast method for relaxing or energizing yourself and relieving minor aches and pains!
Each day, with a different theme, come and take part in a one-hour initiation offered in sessions from 8.30am to 12.30pm:
July 15: Boost your energy
July 16: Seasonal self-massage: summer
July 17: Soothe your stress/anxiety
This self-massage technique, based on ancient Japanese techniques, is a marvellous regulator of vital energy.
Its principle is to stimulate the body?s major functions (breathing, circulation, digestion, etc.). It can be practised by everyone (from the youngest to the oldest, as well as by athletes warming up or recovering). It's a fabulous way to get to know and feel your body.
The aim is to be autonomous by doing something for ourselves.
We can speak of an energetic cleansing performed on our body using simple gestures: rubbing, pressure on certain points, tapping and so on.
And/or you can also choose to take part in fun workshops in English:
* British culture
* Going on vacation
* Vacation activities
* Street English
These workshops are offered simultaneously in a magnificent setting, and allow you to take a break from your daily routine and/or discover one or more workshops.
