At the "Ateliers d'été de C'du Conseil":

We invite you to discover palm reflexology with 4 different workshops a day:
* Sleep (8:30/9:30).
* Detox and digestion (9h30/10h30).
* Stress (10h30/11h 30).
* relaxation (11:30/12:30).

The Palmar Reflexology workshop is a self-massage of the hands, massaging reflex points corresponding to the respiratory, digestive and bone systems We'll also work on glands and organs, massaging the hand to relax the body and restore balance.

Palmar reflexology helps to calm and relax the body, both physically and emotionally.

And/or you can also choose to take part in fun workshops in English:
* British culture (8:30/9:30am).
* Going on vacation (9:30/10:30).
* Vacation activities (10:30/11:30).
* Street English (11:30/12:30).

These workshops are offered simultaneously in a magnificent setting, allowing you to take a break and discover one or more workshops.
