During an intimate 8 km walk, at your own pace and in good spirits, I'll tell you all about the modern history of Chausey, with the creation of the Société Immobilière des Iles Chausey, followed by a discovery of the foreshore: marine flora and fauna too.

In 1918, the Queen of the Islands, Léonie Hédouin, sole owner of the archipelago, had only a businessman nephew who, if he inherited, risked losing the soul of her beloved archipelago.
On the advice of her confessor, she agreed to sell Chausey to 3 wealthy lovers through an SCI in 1919.
But maintaining an archipelago costs a lot of money. Our investors realized that their business was rapidly running out of steam?
Fortunately, the arrival of the great automobile industrialist Louis Renault saved Chausey...

Many people think that the Chausey archipelago is a world of granite. While this is true at high tide, at low tide it becomes an immense sandy beach. It's this immensity, with its marine flora and fauna, that I'd like you to discover? During a guided tour of some 5 kilometers, armed with your Bernic&Clic app to discover the marine flora and fauna, we'll pass a number of islets once used to extract granite, rocks such as l'Artichaut, le Chapeau or le Vieux, and end at la Saunière with its... miraculous swimming pool.

All you need: Your boat ticket, a pair of comfortable walking shoes, beach slippers (or boots), a pair of binoculars (optional), your picnic lunch and your contribution towards the guide's services.

Boat ticket not included (To book online on the Joly France website: click here). Your participation is guaranteed when I receive your ticket reservation number. I will confirm your participation by e-mail or SMS
