La Gallera Social Club is a journey full of Venezuelan folklore, psychedelia, electro and traditional atmospheres in the lands of South American culture. We hear the cries of oppressed peoples, tinged with luminous hopes, as Latin America and the Caribbean vibrate here!
la Gallera? is the country, the joy, the fun, the place where roosters don't fight
but sing and dance, catching the cadence of melodies rooted in their roots, playing their own instruments to show the grandeur of their souls.
Miguel, Alexis, and Carlos had no choice but to naturally join the "social club": a place for meeting and sharing, friendship and celebration, the "Gallera" with their instruments, fulfilling in their own style the objectives of a festive and cultural movement from their native Venezuela. Enchanted from an early age by the diversity and strength of the colors of their environment: nature, the facades of houses; ecstatic by the sounds of conversation, by the melody of the spoken word ??el cantaito?- and by the rhythm in music and in the movement of bodies; they learn to live with the spontaneity of gestures,
expressions and relationships; understand the innocence of Creole vivacity; celebrate occurrences and tales to start laughing at themselves. They watch as children play with gumdrops, spinning tops, totons and kites, and older children reach ecstasy betting on "zambo", "giro" and "pinto".
Free - Reservations required on 02 33 51 79 31.
