The Dior, Enchanted Gardens exhibition opened on Saturday April 12. Visitors discover the inexhaustible source of inspiration that Christian Dior?s gardens were for him, particularly the garden of his childhood. They are invited in a multitude of ways to the creations of the couturier and those of the artistic directors who succeeded him. Haute Couture, accessories, tableware, make-up, perfumes? all the creative worlds of the House of Dior are involved. Nature is celebrated in the designer?s childhood home, in the garden where he grew up.
To better understand the importance of gardens in Christian Dior?s life and creative process, guided tours are offered. After the museum closes, in an intimate setting (maximum 15 people), visitors are given the opportunity to delve deeper into the history of the fashion house and its founder.
