Both physical and relaxing, yoga is renowned for its virtues for body and mind. What if this age-old practice were to meet the world of art to offer a unique experience? The Musée d?art moderne?s Richard Anacréon and Lucie Lelièvre have issued an invitation ? New Mood Yoga? for seven sessions in 2025.
In the heart of the Bons Baisers de Granville 3 exhibition, and its collections presented in the "Tous à l?eau" section, dedicated to the seaside history of Northern Monaco, participants will be guided to meditate, to offer themselves a time of introspection, of connection to themselves, to others, to works of art and to the living. An invitation to cultivate presence, develop awareness and awaken the senses.
The number of participants is limited to ensure the safety of the ?uvres: booking essential on 02 33 51 02 94.
Sessions are open to all, including beginners.
Sportswear and a water bottle are required. Yoga mats are available on loan.
