Exhibition

Christian Dior Museum

Granville

The“Christian Dior, visionary couturier” exhibition is open until Sunday 2 November 2025 at the Christian Dior Museum in Granville.

Dior, Enchanting Gardens
Essential to Christian Dior’s personal life, gardens were a major source of influence for the couturier in terms of both fashion and perfume. One hundred and twenty years after Christian Dior was born in Granville, the exhibition traces the memory of the enchanting garden of his childhood in his creations and those of his successors.

From Haute Couture to the accessories imagined in 1947, not forgetting Miss Dior, the original perfume, right up to the most recent creations, the theme of gardens is present in all the collections of the House of Dior in a fruitful dialogue at the heart of the villa Les Rhumbs, the couturier’s childhood home. The Dior, Jardins Enchanteurs exhibition is yet another opportunity to celebrate a designer who said he was as much a perfumer as a couturier.
