In a group: activities at the Chèvre Rit farm

Ajouter aux favoris

We’ve been welcoming children to the Chèvre Rit educational farm for over 15 years. Visits and workshops are available for children from 9 months upwards. Our visits are tailor-made, adapted to the age of the children and the expectations of the teachers and accompanying adults.

Our tours enable visitors to discover different aspects of the farm and the world of agriculture, including farm animals, goat rearing, cheese-making, gardening and market gardening, agro-ecology , etc.

We also welcome children to help them develop an awareness of nature through a programme of Education for the Environment and Sustainable Development (EEDD). Depending on their age, we can introduce them to: hedgerows and trees, ponds, the links between agriculture and food, the impact of agriculture on the environment, agroforestry, etc.
