In a group: The immersive tour - Learn how to slice and dice

40
1 hour 30
min 8 pers. max 15 pers.

Take part in a hands-on workshop to learn how to slice your own smoked salmon, accompanied by an experienced craftsman with over 30 years in the trade.

You’ll learn the essential slicing techniques (position, angle, evenness) while gaining a practical understanding of how artisanal smoked salmon is made: choice of fish, salting and smoking.

The aim is simple: to learn the basics so that you can practise at home and become more independent. Of course, this is just an introduction – it takes almost a year to train a good slicer – but you’ll leave with the right moves and the keys to progress.

Did you know that unsliced smoked salmon costs around 30% less? A great way to save money without compromising on quality.

Throughout the workshop, I’ll also explain how the raw materials are selected and the artisanal processing stages that go into producing an exceptional product.
