Each tasting is an opportunity to talk about the selection of the raw material, and to explain how we arrive at this product and this taste. Have you ever tasted flaky salmon? Smoked dogfish? Smoked octopus? You’ll taste local products according to season and get a practical understanding of how they are selected, salted and smoked. Each product is explained simply: origin, method, taste.
The tasting is a convivial affair, with a glass of white wine selected for its harmony with iodised products, or a glass of cider from Chateau de Chanteloup, or apple juice.
You’ll leave knowing how to recognise a good smoked fish and make the right choices.
