Mid-morning or mid-afternoon appointment with Aimie, sophrologist, on the outskirts of the Lucerne forest.
You’ll get to know each other, then Aimie will introduce you to theLucerne Abbey, which you’ll see, founded in the 12th century and passionately restored over 50 years ago.
You then prepare for relaxation and walking, with breathing exercises guided by Aimie’s gentle voice.
You then begin conscious walking, which consists of walking slowly, without blocking your steps, while becoming fully aware of your movement, through your muscles, your joints, the sensations of the soles of your feet… And yes, you do have a body!
You’ll rediscover thebalance lost in the rush of our daily movements, and learn to take your time.
