Au Bain Quotidien is a cold-water swimming association. It is practiced in bathing suits during the winter months. The association offers introductions to cold water swimming in the sea, as well as daily meetings on the Plat Gousset beach in Granville. Its aim is to promote the benefits of swimming in natural environments and cold water, while making the practice safer by sharing skills and experience.
