Nice farmhouse in Hudimesnil, 15 min from Granville and 10 min from the sea (Coudeville). All comfort. It is located in a quiet hamlet, it can accommodate up to 5 adults It is composed of : - 1 room with 1 bed of 2 persons in 140/190 - a second room with 1 bed of 2 persons in 140 and a bed of 90/190 - fully equipped kitchen : dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils - large living room, dining room with TV TNT and DVD player, 4 G key (limited package) - bathroom with double sink, shower, washing machine, iron and ironing board - WC - large fenced yard in front - large enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, To note : - adjoining with small owners' dwelling well separated from the rental.
