The house: charming renovated house with sea-view terrace,
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Welcome to this charming historic stone house in Haute Ville, combining old-world charm with contemporary comfort. Spread over 4 levels, it offers comfortable, light-filled spaces, crowned by a small, intimate south-facing terrace with superb sea views.

Ground floor: entrance, sleeping area & laundry room

Right from the entrance, you'll find a welcoming area where you can remove your shoes in peace, with practical storage space.
You'll also find a corner with brochures, maps and tourist information for exploring the surrounding area.
The ground floor bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower room with WC.
A practical laundry area is also at your disposal, with washing machine, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

1st floor: Living area

A staircase leads to the main floor, where you'll find a pleasant living area:
Living room: comfortable sofa, armchairs, hi-fi system and TV.

Dining room: large table with chairs for 6.

Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, induction hob, combination fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, crockery and cutlery for seafood, and various utensils Perfect for cooking like at home!

2nd floor: Spacious master suite

The master bedroom features a double bed (160x200), a study/reading area, a dressing table and a modern en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Separate WC is located on the landing.

3rd floor: Suite with terrace access

A third bedroom with double bed (140x200) awaits you on the top floor, with private shower room. From here, a discreet staircase leads to a small terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the Haute Ville (Granville?s old town).
Access is via a Velux-type French window, and the terrace offers a pleasant sitting area with chairs and a coffee table for enjoying the panorama.

Atmosphere & amenities :

- The entire house is a tasteful blend of new and vintage Scandinavian furniture, carefully decorated with soul.
The bathrooms are modern, functional and comfortable.
- All linen is included. A washing machine and tumble dryer are freely available on site.
- Internet/Wi-Fi (Fiber) is available throughout the house.
- TV with access to Netflix , Canal +, Disney + etc.

Please note
- The accommodation is arranged over 4 levels, linked by an internal staircase. Each living space is divided by floor, giving the home a charming feel.

- This property may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children, due to the numerous staircases.

- We love animals, but unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for them.

Good to know: the entire city center is within walking distance of the house.
- Parking: the house is located in Granville?s upper town, a pedestrian or semi-pedestrian historic district, but there are several parking options nearby.
