"Le Petit B" is a charming little house for 2/4 people. Ideally located, 100m from the rehabilitation center, Place du Casino and Plat Gousset beach. Entrance via a private courtyard with staircase into the main room (kitchen, living room, dining room, sofa bed), a spiral staircase leads down to the bedroom and bathroom (sink, shower, wc). The bedroom has 2 single beds, separated or combined into 1 king-size bed, as required. Atypical 32m² house, with main room on the first floor, bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Bedroom with 2 separate single beds (90x190) or 1 king-size bed (180x190). Sofa bed in living room (140x190). Modern, fully-equipped kitchen: small fridge, oven, induction hob, hood, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, filter and piston coffee maker, teapot.
