This small, wood-frame dwelling, located 4 km from the beach, is brand-new and holds the RE2020 certificate. It is perfectly insulated with wood wool and has a double-flow vmc. It was entirely built and perfectly equipped by professionals and decorated by a decorating enthusiast in 2025. The bedroom has comfortable 140x200 bedding and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and crockery. Outside, you'll enjoy a large south-facing terrace equipped with a shade sail, a dining area, deckchairs and a bench to enjoy the sun and fresh air. At the foot of the terrace is a small, beautifully decorated and very comfortable courtyard with a large sofa, two tables and small log pedestal tables, as well as lighting for the evenings. Board games are available on loan. The bathroom is romantic and very pleasant, with a washbasin on a solid recycled piece of furniture and a large modern shower. The living area features a dining area, sofa, connected flat-screen TV and clothes rack. The wall decor features original regional paintings. The quiet neighborhood opens directly onto greenery, and Coudeville beach is just a 10-minute bike ride away, accessible by car with free public parking.
