The Upper Town and its ramparts

Visit organised by Granville Terre et Mer Tourist Office

From the Hundred Years’ War to the present day, via the French Revolution, the Haute Ville reveals its secrets. Take a stroll through the cobbled streets of the old town and you’re sure to be rewarded with breathtaking views! Stroll along the ramparts, wander around the church square of Notre-Dame du Cap Lihou and discover the history of Granville’s Upper Town.

Practical information
  • Adult rate: €7 – Reduced rate: €6 (jobseekers, students, young people aged 12 to 18) – Low-carbon rate: €5 – Free for under-12s.
  • Are you aged between 15 and 18? Don’t forget your Culture Pass!
  • Duration: 2 hours – Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
  • Subject to a minimum of 5 participants and weather conditions.
