The aim is to professionalize the reception staff in their missions of welcome, information, promotion, animation and marketing. The approach highlights the reputation and legitimacy of the Tourist Office, a genuine player in tourism and local development. Bringing the Qualité Tourisme™ brand to life is one of the priorities selected by the Office de Tourisme Granville Terre et Mer to obtain renewal of the Marque Qualité Tourisme in 2023 for the “Documentary structure” audit. Renewal obtained with a 96% compliance rate.
