The objectives of the Quality Tourism™ mark This approach aims to improve visitor satisfaction rates through informed advice. As part of the Quality Initiative, the Tourist Office measures visitor satisfaction in order to obtain feedback and improve its services.

The Tourist Office has chosen to make quality an organizational lever. This approach is all the more important as the creation of a new establishment requires a major structuring effort.Quality of organization and customer service are therefore permanent concerns for the whole team, and a vision shared with the elected members of the Management Committee. The aim is to professionalize the reception staff in their missions of welcome, information, promotion, animation and marketing. The approach highlights the reputation and legitimacy of the Tourist Office, a genuine player in tourism and local development. Bringing the Qualité Tourisme™ brand to life is one of the priorities selected by the Office de Tourisme Granville Terre et Mer to obtain renewal of the Marque Qualité Tourisme in 2023 for the “Documentary structure” audit. Renewal obtained with a 96% compliance rate.

The brand enhances the visibility of the tourism offering and is a guarantee for tourists. For staff, it’s a step towards progress and management. By being awarded the Qualité Tourisme™ label, the Tourist Office undertakes to do its utmost to satisfy visitors. Our Tourist Office is committed to a quality approach to reception and information. We are committed to: – Welcoming visitors in a well-kept, comfortable and friendly environment. – Guarantee a quality welcome, adapted to each type of customer, in two foreign languages. – Providing reliable, accurate, complete and rapid information on site, by mail, e-mail or telephone. – Be attentive to the satisfaction of our visitors.
