To be enjoyed from mid-July to January, Bouchot mussels can be found in most of the Destination’s restaurants and are available in a variety of flavours:
The name “cambuse” refers to the space devoted to “a ship’s store containing wine and provisions”. This is where you’ll find the100% fresh, local gastronomic produce from the port of Granville and the surrounding area, from the fish market to the shellfish farmers and market gardeners, which has made the restaurant’s reputation! All products, including a wide variety of seafood, are cooked on site, around original and varied recipes. Prefer to come to the Destination in autumn? The Toute la mer sur un plateau festival, on Saturday October 5 and Sunday October 6, 2024, is Granville’s big celebration of seafood gastronomy!
