In small groups, the children will wander around the 4 corners of the farm to collect various riddles.
Using tools and observation, they will discover how much water and energy are consumed in different farming practices: Which food uses the most fossil fuel? How many litres of water does 1 kg of steak require? Do farming methods have an impact on water and energy consumption?
It’s a fun way to tackle important issues in our society and our production/consumption methods.
