A rigorous audit
To obtain the Qualité Tourisme™ mark, a visit is made by a quality advisor from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, then an audit is carried out by an auditor who is a member of an external, independent firm. The auditor assesses the level of service offered on the basis of over 400 satisfaction criteria, from upstream information gathering to a mystery visit. The label distinguishes both the effort made to inform, welcome and listen to visitors, and the quality of the service. It is open to hotels, restaurants, bed & breakfasts, campsites, leisure activities, places to visit, cafés-brasseries, shops and seminar facilities, with one standard for each activity.
